Here’s more detail on what is included in each session:
Session 1: How to Become a Peak Performer: This session begins with an overview of Steve’s 7 Steps to Peak Performance and how you can combine this with tapping to accelerate your results. We start at Step 1: Decision, and Steve outlines the process for deciding to be a peak performer and how you can begin to break through the barriers which are currently holding you back.
Session 2: Beliefs and Values This session focuses on your beliefs and values, which are crucial elements of your success. We review the effects of beliefs on your performance and results and show you how to use tapping to release blocking beliefs so that you can get better results and ultimately a better life. Then we turn our attention to values, and how to use tapping to iron out conflicts in your values and align your decisions and actions with your highest values.
Session 3: Setting and Achieving Goals This session will take you through an unique process Steve has created for setting goals and using tapping to release the inner objections and triggered reactions that are currently preventing you from being able to commit to your goals 100%. You’ll dare to set some big goals and be given the process for building commitment to achieve them.
Session 4: From Goals to Plans to Action This session will help you to take your goals from ideas through to action. You’ll learn the important processes for planning and preparing, and how to get yourself to do this. You’ll also learn how to use tapping to help you get into action towards your goals right now today. We finish with the importance of persistence to true peak performance and how you can use tapping to keep on track.
